Miles is co-head of Cannon Capital and is responsible for driving investment strategy and management of portfolio companies. Miles has 15 years of investment experience and a background in engineering, turn around management and start ups. He is the author of two books, founder of three start ups and principal inventor on 125 patents. Miles has served in executive and interim executive roles at companies in various lifecycle stages and industries.
Education: M.S. in Management and Engineering and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Gordon is co-head of Cannon Capital and responsible for investment decisions and portfolio management. He has twenty-nine years of private equity and investment experience, most recently as President of Specialty Finance and European Capital at American Capital. Gordon has served on numerous private boards and is currently a member of the board of The Middleby Corporation (NASDAQ: MIDD).
Education: M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.

Anthony is responsible for sourcing, deal execution and helping portfolio companies evaluate strategic plans. Anthony has eight years of investment experience and began his career in investment banking. He has experience across a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, oil & gas and consumer. Anthony has served in a number of interim executive roles and has served on the board of directors at portfolio companies.
Education: B.S.C. in Finance from Santa Clara University.
